        北方４島どころか、千島列島全体が樺太千島交換条約により平和裏に日本固有の領土となった歴史がある。 ロシアはサンフランシスコ平和条約に調印しておらず、現代においては、北方４島の帰属についてロシアの態度が明らかになっていない。 樺太千島交換条約が有効であることを確認してほしいものだ。

        たしかに対話ではほぼ進んでいませんし本当に返す気があるかすら怪しい ただし戦争が本当に解決してくれるかというと… もし勝てたとしてもこちら側も相当の被害が出ることは容易に想像できます 多大な犠牲を払って四島返還よりかはゆっくりでも犠牲を払わずに二島返還の方が良いのでは？と思いますpic.twitter.com/3S3lIWPLLA

        戦争が賛成と言う訳ではありません。ただ、何をしても黙ったままでいるのは、いけないと思います。先の大戦は全て日本が悪。今の日本が有るのは、戦争放棄した平和憲法のおかげ。この根本から見直さなければと思います。

        おそらく､9条の「国権の発動たる"戦争"と､武力による威嚇又は武力の行使は､国際紛争を解決する手段としては永久にこれを放棄する」と､99条の「天皇又は摂政及び国務大臣､"国会議員"､裁判官その他の公務員は､この憲法を尊重し擁護する義務を負ふ｡」がセットになるからと思われます。
