(bug) Potential issue with weighting algorithm

@luculent thinks that there is a weighting issue with the algorithm for top channels, as his ranking has significantly plummeted.

This was answered. The move to ElasticSearch meant that we rewrote the top algorithm to be more in line with what the user would expect it to show - an aggregate of the most votes in a given time period.
