Inform telephone number to receive tokens is broken
Summary:
When I was creating my account I was asked about my number in order to be able to receive tokens, to guarantee that my account is unique. When I informed my cellphone number and clicked on 'join' button, a message was shown telling me that VOIP number is not allowed.
But it is not a VOIP number. It is my cellphone number. I am from Brazil, I don't know how your validations are being done but there is a problem.
Steps to reproduce:
Select country code +55 when asked for the phone number; Enter the number of a brazilian cellphone; Click on 'Join' button;

I actually created a test account earlier and it worked well for me. To help with this I'd need the carrier, which the user hasn't provided. Frequently these issues are down to providers that work using a VOIP protocol - usually the user is not aware of this.

Tried to contact user - will leave in questions for a week to see if it gets a reply.
This may be well-known, but in case there’s someone who doesn’t (and it may need to be on the error page somewhere).
Number porting can cause a lot of these issues, but it depends on a hundred different variables. If the number was originally from a voip provider and ported to a traditional wireless provider, it may still register as a voip line because it is still owned by the voip.
Another possibility is that the provider is a virtual CLEC- they resell services from facility CLECs- they appear to be a wireless provider but assemble their offerings from multiple providers.
