You are right in this , Turkey under huge presure , election , economic, East of syria , even Cyprus issue , all these make turkey more weak more in need to not face Russia neither US.

Don't you think the idea of Turkey getting coerced to take delivery of a (already bought and paid) system just because a third country is getting bombed (or not) is a bit far fetched? Would Turkey have bought Patriots if the US had stopped bombing Raqqa?
