MOBI, epub, even PDFs if I have no other option
I find most of the ones I'm looking for on TPB. If not libgen.io is always reliable.
TPB hasn't gone anywhere, their official domain is always listed in their forums at https://pirates-forum.org/status
If the site is blocked use Tor Browser to browse to their .onion site, that is never blocked. Or get a paid torrent friendly VPN (see /r/VPNTorrents).

between MAM and Bib, what are you finding that's missing? I've always found MAM the best for quantity and Bib the best for quality.
MyAnonaMouse and Bibliotik. Both private trackers that specialize in ebooks and audiobooks. Both great trackers, but as u/klieber stated, good for different reasons. MAM is super easy to survive on and has a large collection. They also have some other things like radio shows. BIB really pushes for "retail quality", which means the ebooks are completely untouched other than the DRM being removed. They also have a really strong request system. BIB is much harder to survive in, but becomes ratio free after 100 uploads.

Yes, I knew about that one, I just didn't know the abbreviation. I remember looking into it some time ago but didn't like the fact that it came with conditions. Part of the allure of file-sharing is the no-strings attached nature of it. Just the freedom of searching for what you want and downloading it. These private trackers with their rules and regulations ruin that joy. Anyway, thanks again.
