Turkish cops scared of old Kurdish woman. These days of fascism will sooner or later come to an end and these heroines who resisted in these dark days will be forever praised as architects of Kurdish freedom.

Erdogan is in a fascist alliance with MHP and his hands are tied. He gives 0 fuck about a peace with Kurds but could try for political power if it wasn’t for his allies. Now turkish seculars have momentum and Kurds are playing their cards well. Erdogan sees his end, but too late.

There are thousands of Kurds he killed, tens of thousands jailed, stolen municipalities, many mayors/MPs in prison, torture, rape, ethnic cleansing, jihadi invasion of land... Kurds will forget all these and give you votes just because you barely granted Öcalan his legal right?

Erdogan dangled a carrot tim front of Kurds by allowing Öcalan’s lawyers to visit him in prison after 8 years, in a move to make Kurds hopeful for a renewed peace process or even less, a relieved pressure. Hoping this could win him some Kurdish votes in renewed Istanbul election.

Good summary of how Kurds have become game changers (or must I say king makers) in whole Turkey with their cunning strategy during local elections. “Erdogan’s Political Drama in Istanbul Gets a Surprise Actor”

Well done Imam Sis, Kurdish community in the UK and British/Welsh comrades. Their efforts won support of a lot of Welsh politicians and brought the hunger strike resistance to the House, finally forcing Theresa May to speak up.

Shup up Ivan. There was no attack by Kurds vs Russia. There never was US presence in Afrin. After the deal with the turks your troops left their base without shame and turks attacked within 24 hours. Also, it wasn’t Kurds-Damascus matter but Moscow-Ankara. Understood tavarish?

Some activists are stuck in 2011-12 when there were some groups within the uprising wanting transition to democracy in Syria. They are long gone. There is no such thing as Syrian revolution. There are turkish proxy groups and jihadis seeking power by exploiting the vacuum.

Kurds couldn’t care less about Idlib. It is jihadis doing turkey’s dirty work, invading Afrin/Shahba and HTS (al Qaeda ruling Idlib) itself declared they were ready to attack Manbij with Turkey. It is jihadi hatred towards infidel Kurds and of course for turkish money/weapons.
