Honestly it needs to be a universal rule: The character should be depicted as 18+ (and human if we're talking about Yuumi) and/or heavily implied. Characters like Yoko Littner and Ryuko Matoi are easy because they look the same as they do at 18. Scottish pokemon player? Ehh
