Multiple sources within the Turkish-backed Syrian factions (TFSA) told me that they've been prohibited from launching attacks on regime forces in Aleppo or participating in battles in Idlib.

The only exception was Firqat al-Hamza firing 5 Grad rockets at Nubul & al-Zahraa toward empty (regime-held) areas. It took the commander 4 days to secure permission for this from the Turks. Many of the fighters in the group are displaced from southern Idlib/northern Hama.

Guardian again. 1. Idlib has around 1.8 million people, not 3mill. 2. Two unnamed 'diplomats' is not a credible source. 3. YPG is fighting Turkey so they haven't been 'given' Tel Rifat.
-
Idlib has much more then 1.8 after Assad bussed off everyone he couldn’t murder. YPG really isn’t even in Tel Rifaat. Diplomats are more credible sources then most.

And Russia’s been doing a lot of deals w turkey. Need allies to keep hezbollah/Iran out of a country run by Russia.

Deluded Michael thinks Assad runs the show and not his Russian masters , Assad is a far weaker man then he was in 2011. Now he is an obedient dog to the kremlin.
-
Deluded Belal need to read what has actually been said and not try to put words in people mouths. Show me where I said Assad runs the show on the border? A good saying for you to remember Belal. 'Better to Remain Silent and Be Thought a Fool than to Speak and Remove All Doubt'
