    Our underground hospital hit in Haas, Idleb today. We received notice that Russian/regime missiles would likely hit hospital so we evacuated all personnel/patients. This is no terrorist haven; it is a hospital and it is barbaric to keep attacking them.

    Of course.

    Immense anger & fear among civilians in Idlib upon hearing about the Tel Rifaat offensive. Residents are confident they've been sold out. They think Turkey will be allowed by Russia to capture the area under YPG control in exchange of letting the regime advance in Hama/Idlib.
