The day before the FBI raided their place, 2 posted a journal attacking victims of child molesters. When he was charged, 2 lied to the public about why.

Depending on availability of law enforcement to dedicate to a case, availability of courtrooms/judges, amount of evidence, and a slew of other variables... it can take years from indictment to trial
