    Why did publish this now? A few thoughts: 1) To prove Baghdadi is alive. 2) To *imply* Baghdadi still has a hands-on role. 3) To reiterate that its jihad isn't over. 4) To emphasise its global diversity. I'll be doing some more thinking before doing any more writing.
