Some of the demands of the protesters in Deir ez Zor are absolutely ridiculous and will not be met. They want all raids to stop. They want those arrested in anti-terror raids to be released. They want all Daesh women and children to be released from the camps.

Other demands such as freedom of movement and more free services are certainly reasonable. But the first three? Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Amnesty has rightly raised issue with the condition of the camps. But surprisingly they have not shilled for Daesh women to be given amnesty.

Those are in a minority (mostly in Busayra probably). Majority of protest there have economic basis.
