What does that mean for you?
If you are not an existing ZOZO customer, we are no longer accepting new sign ups at this time.
If you are an existing ZOZO customer, please note the following as of April 25, 2019:
You are no longer able to purchase a ZOZOSUIT.
You are no longer able to purchase new apparel.
You are no longer able to exchange existing apparel. All exchange requests will automatically be treated as a return for a refund only.
Pending orders that have not yet been received will still be delivered and can - if needed - be refunded.
The ZOZO website, app and measuring process will be accessible to existing customers through May 26, 2019 23:59:59 (PDT). Our customer service will continue to be available.
