So the DMV licence replacement situation is as worse as it can possibly be. Florida is holding information hostage and simply will not give my MVR to Arizona for a multitude of complicated reasons. Meaning I have to take the drivers test in Arizona.

I couldn't take the test there on the spot because I was and am literally breaking down. Euro was the only reason I wasnt a complete disaster while there.
