One moment you're pouring sugar on the floor the next you're complaining about ants.

And now you are having to sweep up the sugar and disown the ants while blaming the people who warned you the sugar bag was leaking

The predation was blatant, public and posted by someone who could predate with impunity on Social Media. It was presented on a plate to Oger and anyone with influence should have used that influence to protect children from a known individual - at the FIRST opportunity.
-
That was done
-
How do you feel about JYs legal cases - suing the beauty therapists who refused to wax JYs genitals? Did you support that? Did you see anything abusive in coercing someone to have unwanted contact with another’s genitals?
-
I don't know much about the cases other than that so far they seem to have been ill thought through and that they are hatched in groups. Discrimination against women over trans status is illegal but there are other factors to be considered in service delivery.

An employer can NEVER force a worker to do something they feel unsafe doing.
-
That’s odd because you seem to be saying something different in the tweets to Yaniv a few months ago:pic.twitter.com/4T3eheDnX1

It is concerning to see someone who clearly understands JY's methods and motivation STILL referring to him as a woman. JY has become the figurehead for twitter's excessive tolerance. If they admit they've protected a paedophile known even to the TRAs, they lose everything.
-
Oger needs to accept that what JY is doing is what woman have been saying is their worry about self ID.
-
This was happening before Yaniv transitioned. We also all know that every demographic including cisgender women has predators. Your Prejudice is the very reason it took so long to get to the truth.
-
Do you mean that when JY woke up as a woman all his previous pedophillic acts and tendencies dissapear? Why is that? It makes no sense
-
If you were less rude there would be dialogue
-
Your arguments are week, Morgane. Yaniv has done more harm to the trans cause then anyone could have done. Women have genuine fears about their safety and calling them "bigots" for it has led to this. Not hatred, fear.
-
Dialogue is up to the TERFs. It does not include erasing trans women.
-
Don't say Terf. You wouldn't like name calling. No. The dialogue is up to the Trans lobby as they're the ones wanting acceptance. Only on your world does everyone else have to be accepted by you

You say - "I mourn the fact that the wrath in social media about this one person has centered on her transgender status". But that's what has limited us in calling them behaviour what they are - a male sexual predator whose transgender status has given them access to victims
-
I was told by one victim that this happened before Yaniv came out as trans and persisted. It's not Yaniv's gender identity that protected her but the din of the lateral violence and transphobia inside of which the facts were emerging. Transphobia impeded Justice.
-
JY’s self-id means that they have access to all those areas where a predatory Male would not be allowed to go. Yet JY can. Why? Because JY demands that Canadian law let him. Children and women aren’t safe due to self-id.
-
We don't keep people away from resources because of who they are but because of what they do. For example, holding them accountable for their actions.
-
Yet, despite women shouting about and highlighting JY’s predator-like actions towards little girls and women, we must pander to JY, so that no ‘feelz’ are hurt. Self-Id allows predatory male access to women and girls and we must all pretend to be woke and happy. You’re complicit.
-
I am 100% supportive of trans people. However I do think that self-ID is a problem. There is a process for a reason.
