          Sur son compte, @sommervilletv donne des précisions: 3500 familles et 250 combattants de l'EI ont été autorisés à quitter Raqqa suite à un accord négocié par les Kurdes. Un officier occidental aurait assisté aux négociations sans y prendre part.
