    Amaq Agency uploaded a video from the clashes in Cross Kauwa. Judging by the sounds (and especially the number of killed ISWAP members, mentioned earlier) this wasn't a small skirmish.

    While brief, this video is still important for two reasons: 1: It shows an insight into the obscure last preparations for covert suicide attacks. 2: It's a likely sign of ISIS future media output plans to be in the form of short, focused videos rather than big releases.

    After finishing his speech and singing a nashid, we see how Abu Hajar prepared for the suicide bombing. Head shaved, beard down to a stubble, and with a civilian coat to hide the explosives over his shirt.

    Abu Hajar implores fighters to ask for forgiveness from God, and to pray Tahajjud often, in order to see great success in the future. This renewed emphasis on seeking forgiveness and constant prayer has been seen echoed consistently since the tent city in Baghuz was erected.

    This video is all about Abu Hajar al-Misri, who undertook a suicide bombing 10 days ago on Egyptian police in Shaykh Zuweid that killed/injured 15 people, including the Police Chief. A solid 1/8 of this video is just the intro, which are all clips from the forthcoming monologue.

    ISIS has apparently decided to announce the creation of Wilayat Central Africa with quite a few news bulletins about their actions. Now, the group is claiming to have killed 3 and wounded 5 other Congolese army soldiers at the village of Bovata, in North Kivu province.
