I'd consider a government institutions de-facto condoning of underage marriage (then changing its stance) a matter of public interest worth reporting by the press.
It’s not what they did actually but it’s what you want to make believe they did .

@06JAnk, are in charge or able to influence statements put out by the press team of the Diyanet nor the definitions the Diyanet publish. Ergo, go ask them. The definitions of puberty and marriage on the Diyanet website were very clear. - 1 more reply
