    الحرب القائمة في هي حرب بين مشروعين: المشروع الاول يمثله خليفة حفتر (مشروع الديكتاتورية ونظام الحكم العسكري)، والمشروع الثاني والذي يمثله السراج (مشروع الميليشيات والفوضى).هناك مشروع ثالث ليس طرف في الحرب وتمثله اقلية مؤمنة بالدولة المدنية والديمقراطية لا تأثير له.

    دائما وفي لحظات الصراع ينقسم الجميع إلى مؤيد ومعارض، يرفع كل طرف شعارات دعائية يُضطر الجميع للاختيار كل حسب فكره وانتمائه أو مصالحه ورغباته،حين ينتصر طرف ما لا يمكنك محاسبته على الشعارات التي رفعها سابقا التي ساهمت أنت بدورك في التدشين لها.
