I mean, they all but did anyway, even 5 years ago when the counting suddenly stopped and they were declared winners the next day. AKP is a business, now their money source has been cut (İstanbul) we can hopefully expect them to struggle more, as this is a clear example.

Right way would be to assign its management with 2/3 majority of parliament. An independent board assigned similarly could also supervise activities. That system could help transparency ün government. Turkey still has that kind of journalists.
