    It's true that Mueller said, "A statement that the investigation did not establish particular facts does not mean there was no evidence of those facts." Yes, because... you can't prove a negative. It's a trivial point. His entire mandate was to establish conspiracy. He did not.

    So here's the new talking point: Mueller, despite having an extremely broad investigative mandate, 19 high-powered aggressive prosecutors, and the backing of the entire US Treasury, simply failed in his task to establish collusion, which definitely still happened. Shameless liars

    Funny, I remember when Marcy promised she gave smoking gun evidence of a quid pro quo conspiracy to the FBI. Whatever happened to that? Or is Mueller himself now part of the conspiracy

    Here's the language covering quid pro quo conspiracy, which basically says they didn't get evidence to charge it. Note that the investigation into Manafort is ongoing, per prosecutors.…

    I'm reading the Report just like everyone. But we already know with absolute certainty that Bill Barr did not misrepresent Mueller's finding on collusion, which is what has driven weeks of conspiracy theorizing since the Report was submitted.

    Presumably another key player in Bill Barr’s gigantic coverup conspiracy would have to be Rod Rosenstein, who was attacked personally by Trump on countless occasions (even plotted to invoke the 25th amendment) but suddenly decided to suppress the truth of Trump/Russia collusion
