Trump just needs to point out how under the law Pete is “more of a citizen” than Trump is.

Legally speaking White Heterosexual Males are the least protected class there is.

Think about this. Someone kills a white male because that male is white = no additional protections under the law. It’s just murder. Basic felony

If someone kills a gay, black, Jew etc they can be brought up in additional hate charges and multiple felonies.

That literally says that under the law white males are less of a citizen. That others are protected classes and more of a citizen. It creates a legal hierarchy under the law

I’m not a racist race baiting person but any constitutionally aware person can see this hate crime shit breaks the base constitutional principle of “equal protection under the law” as it divides us up with literally racist protections

Being a "citizen" is nothing anyone would want to aim for. The legal language of the World is enough to make your head spin. "Citizen" is a term used to take away your rights while maintaining your beliefs in The Constitution. American men and women have rights. Citizens have conditional rights... i.e. - indentured servant. Like your Social Security, now?

Not have rights, they are the carriers of it. It is inate, unalienable, even if you wanted to.

You are also the one to protect those rights.

The constitution merely serves as a conduit to ensure no one tramples on these rights. It is the reason for independence in the first place. So,. Gov in a way is the common defense against those wishing to trample all over your rights.

And as a warning, limitation to the common defensor: the amendments are added. (13)

So basically, all those part of the US compact towards one another are tasked with common defense. And just because there is a guy who gets paid to do so, does not abrogate the duty out of that compact.

The guy who gets paid should say: thank you for your service, I will restitute my weeks salary for not doing my job.
