    We have heard from numerous Turkish officials including Erdoğan himself for many times that Turkey’s purchase of S-400 is a “done deal.” Now a Turkish official cannot say whether that’s entirely true, or not. This is very confusing

    Turkish historian here says Atatürk’s adopted daughter was actually expressing her own thoughts by making a comparison with women rights in the US. Video is cut so I wasn’t sure

    Ambassador Grew asks Afet Hanım what she thinks about the American women. Feminism in Turkey was related to feminism in the US. Students and alumnae of Arnavutkoy American College for Girls played an important role in the feminist movement in Turkey.
