      国内の #HPVワクチン 接種率がいっとき約 70% あったのが激減した (2017年度は、初回の接種をした人を数えても 0.6% 相当) ことは事実ですが、それが「反ワクチン運動」の影響によるものだとは Nature 編集部は主張していないように見受けられます。また一般的にも証拠の乏しい話ではないでしょうか。

      うーむ、Nature 編集部は日本政府が「反ワクチン活動」に関与したなどとはもちろん言っていないし、"unconfirmed media reports of adverse reactions" が「反ワクチン活動」によるものだとも述べていません。従って、接種率急落が「反ワクチン活動」の影響であるとは読み取れません。 #HPVワクチン

      厚労省の統計によれば、HPVVと同様に定期接種の積極的勧奨が一時(約5年間)中止された日本脳炎Vでも、中止次年度(平成18年)は接種率が最低1.4%(3期め)まで低落してます。やはり積極的勧奨が中止されて被接種者世帯への個別通知がされなくなる影響がもっとも大きい気がします。 https://www.mhlw.go.jp/topics/bcg/other/5.html …

          ただ、日本脳炎Vは積極的勧奨が中止されてるにもかかわらず、中止後二年目から接種率の回復が見られている点にHPVVとの大きな違いがあります。
