True Man and True God.

[–] dontforgetaboutevil 0 points 0 points (+0|-0) ago

You can't be both at the same time. Only a fucking idiot would think that. Being a man is about suffering and having no real power to do a goddamned thing about it. A GOD COULD NEVER BE A MAN!

I don't get this, I mean we know information has always been controlled so why do people believe the bible without holding doubt. To me I can't trust the bible any more than I can trust the government. Both things are and were a form of control since their inception. To blindly follow one or the other seems like a bad idea. I've tried to follow the bible, but I just can't trust it. So I don't pretend. I just don't understand why it wouldn't have been corrupted and altered in which there is evidence that it was. Also it is how they controlled the large masses in the previous eras.

Do i think some tenets of Jesus Christ make sense and would make for a better world sure, but I also think it can lead to being taken advantage of and allow those that commit atrocities a pass.

You aren't expected to obediently follow the bible.

The start of the New Testament, which is the Christian portion of the bible are the gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. They are 4 retellings of one event. 4 different points of view. How can you read that and think you're supposed to blindly follow? It isn't possible to blindly follow it. When the jewish portion of the bible says to stone whores to death, The Christian part has Jesus saying Yeah go ahead, as long as a someone perfectly without sin themselves leads the way. He doesn't say "I order you not to stone that whore".

Christianity encourages thinking and reason, as long as you don't go after some preacher with an authority complex to follow becaue you like to be submissive to other people's opinions. As a matter of fact, going to church is optional for Christians.

It just doesn't click with me, I've tried to connect with the word but it doesn't happen. I always get filled with doubt that the word is authentic. I'm not dogging those that have faith, I just don't understand it is all. I don't understand the process in which one gives their self faith to something that has knowingly been altered in the pass. I still try to live by some of the Tenets of Jesus Christ, but I don't worship him, I have doubts that he even existed. I believe in GOD, but i think it is more of a personal relationship. To be honest though I had some schizophrenic shit happen to me, Where I was filled with bliss and really thought I was Jesus and felt really good. Then a few months after that experience I had thought I was Lucifer and cried and then felt pure terror each episode lasting a few weeks. I'm not really religious when this occurred but it certainly made me a believer that something else is going on in this world. I just still lack the faith to believe in Jesus and don't know how to reconcile that.

Reading the words in the bible does nothing for me, but putting into action some of the tenets of Christ does more for me than reading the bible. To be honest after reading so much about schizophrenia and so many people have these religious episodes it has solidified my belief in the divine and evil.

Also I believe I am doing my best to be a Christian, I just lack faith in Jesus because much of my life has been filled with horror at a very young age. So there has always been this internal conflict.

followers are always going to follow.

come up with a better philosophy and it will get corrupted the same way.
the big thing is Satan = lies/hate/destruction, and God = Righteousness/love/creation.

The rest of the book just helps you aim toward goodness.

But it is more complex than that, since part of the bible speaks of GOD as being vengeful, jealous, and a destroyer, then in the New testament they speak of a different GOD that is Loving and forgiving. So either GOD is bipolar or there is two different GODs being spoken about. Some say that the OLD testament is the JEW god, and the new testament is the true GOD. Yet it would seem that the GOD of this world is the one that craves destruction, obedience and servitude. So which of these GODs is the most high, both will proclaim that their GOD is the most high yet there is no evidence for either. If the GOD of love and forgiveness existed and was all powerful why then does he submit and allow this place be ruled by the God that is a destroyer.

What kind of love can a GOD give by allowing his children to suffer in a world such as this? I think both GODs work together to enslave mankind and position themselves as the true "ruler" Even in the bible when GOD is testing JOB he is working in tandem with the "devil"

Christianity is objectively correct so far as can be rationally known, and to the extent that other religions/philosophies contradict it, to that extent they are incorrect. To wit:

God's existence is a mathematical theorem within standard physics. Standard physics is the known laws of physics, viz., the Second Law of Thermodynamics, General Relativity, and Quantum Mechanics. This theorem has been given in the form of physicist and mathematician Prof. Frank J. Tipler's Omega Point cosmology. These aforestated known physical laws have been confirmed by every experiment conducted to date. Hence, the only way to avoid Tipler's Omega Point Theorem is to reject empirical science. As Prof. Stephen Hawking wrote, "one cannot really argue with a mathematical theorem." (From p. 67 of Stephen Hawking, The Illustrated A Brief History of Time [New York, NY: Bantam Books, 1996; 1st ed., 1988].)

Prof. Tipler's Omega Point cosmology has been extensively peer-reviewed and published in a number of the world's leading physics and science journals, such as Reports on Progress in Physics (the leading journal of the Institute of Physics, Britain's main professional organization for physicists), Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society (one of the world's leading astrophysics journals), the International Journal of Theoretical Physics (a journal that Nobel Prize in Physics winner Richard Feynman also published in), and Physics Letters, among other journals.

Prof. Tipler's Ph.D. is in the field of Global General Relativity, which is the field created by Profs. Stephen Hawking and Roger Penrose during the formulation of their Singularity Theorems in the 1960s. Global General Relativity is General Relativity applied on the scale of the entire universe as a whole, and is the most elite and rarefied field of physics. Tipler is also an expert in quantum field theory (i.e., Quantum Mechanics combined with special-relativistic particle physics) and computer theory.

For much more on Prof. Tipler's Omega Point cosmology and the details on how it uniquely conforms to, and precisely matches, the cosmology described in the New Testament, see my following article, which also addresses the societal implications of the Omega Point cosmology:

Additionally, in the below resource are different sections which contain some helpful notes and commentary by me pertaining to multimedia wherein Prof. Tipler explains the Omega Point cosmology and the Feynman-DeWitt-Weinberg quantum gravity/Standard Model TOE.

This is the beware false prophets verse. The collection of works selected by evolution via those surviving being the ones that led their followers to most success. The text is old and many try to uwe and subvert the value for themselves

I'm not a non believer but found myself at a family gathering at my in laws church.

So anyway they were reading the story of Easter except one thing. They never said who was persecuting Jesus, they just referred to them as the people in charge, the soilders, or those who didn't like Jesus.

I have noticed red flags like this in the past, but this was fucking unbelievable. When I asked "who were the people who were in charge?" I got evil stares the rest of the night and no one wanted to talk to me anymore. Overall pretty good fucking night.

NOT WAS BUT HE'S STILL BUT HE RESURRECTED FROM THE DEAD

DONT KNOW THE GOSPEL? I WILL TELL YOU THAT HE LAY HIS LIFE FOR HIS SHEEP

John 10:15 As the Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep.

John 10:17 Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again.
