So apparently the UK gets to go on existing until Halloween? Cool. Maybe time enough for Labour to get rid of Corbyn and find a pro-EU/anti-Brexit leader with some actual backbone - or at least a pair of balls.

UNREAL to me that there's a genuine chance, amid #brexit backlash, to set down a real "fuck democracy when its the votes of regressive idiots who don't count" precedent and so-called progressives are afraid to seize the moment. Opportunity staring them in the FACE.

Maybe anti-Brexit progressives are waiting to see what happens to those who attempted a failed coup against President Trump. If they can get away with it here, it might embolden similar lawlessness around the world.

Set the whole regressive-idiot thing aside. The original referendum was crooked as hell - and the Leave campaign has admitted as much. So if they cheated, if the result was provably unfair, why wouldn't you re-do the referendum, fairly this time, in the light of day?
