    For a total of 135k euros, anyone (following due diligence) can receive a Moldovan passport. Within the EU, Malta's CBI scheme is seen as one of the quickest and easiest.

    Singapore and Hong Kong have both started CBI schemes. The real surprise, though, is Moldova, which launched its scheme in November 2018. Though not an EU member, Moldovan citizens get visa free travel to 121 countries, spanning Europe and the former Soviet Union.
