Blatant example of how being fired under an emergency order becomes "civic death" - cannot become an elected official, apparently, either.

Does court even have jurisdiction?
-
It should, because this is a fundamental right.
-
My understanding is that the YSK's decisions are final, but there may be exceptions. Need a lawyer

My point is this isn't an administrative decision, it's a decision about eligibility to stand, which you can't premise on the non-existent and non-transparent criteria used in the KHKs. https://www.echr.coe.int/Documents/Guide_Art_3_Protocol_1_ENG.pdf …
-
But how can it be about eligibility to stand? As they were allowed to stand.
-
That's the contradiction. See in the ECHR guide I linked above - if you're allowed to stand, you should be allowed to sit.

You can’t object YSK decision in any other court. YSK decisions Are final
-
Which is crazy when it touches on fundamental rights like this.
