I hear you, although wouldn’t be quite so categorical myself. There are what I’d call proto-fascist elements in all those cases, and all the people I named are comfortable consorting with fascists, but I think it’s important to be quite precise about terms like “fascism”.

i agree, it's good tactics not to overstate things, but the features I listed - taken together - are the building blocks of a proper, precisely defined fascist project. Each quoted group signals (and acts on) some of these features more than others, but they are federating now.

For me a movement/government has to meet quite specific criteria to be characterised as “fascist”; it’s not just a matter of an accumulation of reactionary features. But I agree that there are proto-fascist elements in all those cases and things could develop in that direction.
