They had several dozen 9K111s in storage that they managed to get out. And reinforcements had brought in more. Most teams got out during the retreat as well I’ve been told. So they have plenty. Local NDF is also more than willing to resupply. They have a bone to pick.
-
That last bit is where I was going with this, though it’s purely speculative
-
It's rather logical tbh. If I can get some good 9K111 pictures from guerrillas there we may be able to find out more.
-
I’ll also ask around. My contacts in Shahba are at their lowest but I know a few YPG.
-
Unfortunately the TIKKO team I know don't deal with ATGM, just small arms attacks (As per article) but maybe in time

"Getting [our forces] to Efrin is difficult. The regime frequently prevents our forces from traveling to Efrin. Russia also prevents it. A few days ago, a number of YPG fighters were martyred in an ambush by the regime, not by Turkey..."https://thedefensepost.com/2019/04/04/interview-aldar-xelil-syria-sdf/ …

In that region of Syria it's a money issue not a stockpile issue. Quite a few parties, not the least of which the regime and NDF, are happy to sell.
-
TFSA is pretty keen on money too. Maybe even getting it from HTS
-
HTS holds no territory and has no real presence there.

I remember after the YPG evacuation of Afrin city they found vast stores of everything from 7.62x39 to TOW ATGM stored in barrels it was crazy how much equipment was left I wouldn't doubt some was stored or even recaptured
