    Because it's one rule for them, and another set of rules for the opposition. But we are still a country with the Rule of Law; a great example of how law can be utilised to entrench the governing party while screwing the opposition in all areas.

    The crux of the matter is, as observed in many previous elections, when it comes to irregularities, narrow AKP leads of a couple of tens of thousands, etc. we know that the AKP was never this sensitive or thorough about the exact results or counting process.

    YSK has rejected HDP request for an recount in Muş.

    Muş provincial election council have rejected HDP objections over three districts (Kurulu, Muş central & Malazgirt) so the HDP will apply to the Supreme Election Council (YSK).

    Wow. AKP says it’ll apply for a full recount in 38 of ’s 39 districts. A reminder of what the party’s candidate Yildirim said last March: “In my eyes, Turkey holds some of the fairest and most transparent elections in the world.” (That was when they were winning).
