1) What is the location of this folder, in your computer?

2) Are you referring to WU-CCC2 folder, for Catalyst control center AMD?

3) What is the make and model of your computer?

If you are referring to WU-CCC2 folder, for Catalyst control center AMD on the location: C:\AMD\WU-CCC2 then, yes, you can, it's just where the Catalyst suite is unpacked before installation.

I've got the same question as todd16. I'm using an HP Pavillion 500-017c running Windows 10 and the
AMD folder is at the highest level on the C: drive.

As mentioned on the AMD website, in the above mentioned link, you can delete those folder. It's just where the Catalyst suite is unpacked before installation.
