Recent satellite imagery as well as the Turkish drone footage shows that this is not the case. Ambulances were still delivering casualties around this building. The new building it on a a lower level and there is no direct connection between the ambulances parking lot and it.pic.twitter.com/MgRjhDAooF

on this picture it is more clearly, that behind the shown entrance of the hospital, the only structure with round windowframes is the hospital and not the building with damage next door!

?! There could be dozens of reasons the damage is limited. Simply a smaller rocket (like from a drone) or not an air strike at all, but rather a mortar or artillery shell.
