staff opted to leave it up until a better statement comes so it didn't seem like they were trying to sweep it under the rug, as of now patch is probably stepping down

no if you actually look he didn't write it but at the same time it's like, even if you're trying to do some Vice type shit to examine this... "community"?.. platforming this was... a bad idea.
-
it was such a bad idea. "Maybelle" popped up last night starting fights in Dogpatch's mentions and I had to block her ass quick because I for sure had nothing nice to say to her
-
yea idk I haven't said anything yet bc I don't even know what to do with this, I've been pondering more and more if we should think about restorative justice more than punitive justice and like hold people accountable but allow them to rehabilitate vs just you know. burn forever
-
that's fair, but again, really hard to allow people to rehabilitate when they've got no social presence and therefore nothing to lose, and who's been doing this thing since 2006 at least
-
yea I mean idk, I guess the "hold him accountable and work this out because punitive vengeance isn't... actually going to solve anything here" angle is operating on a lot of benefit of the doubt. like I said it's a fuckin mess
