Men shouldn't sexually harass/assault women and women likewise shouldn't do the same to men. Ugh those stories of female teachers sleeping with their male students make me sick

Yeah... :( Between stories of sexual harassment, stories of war, and missing students/kids turning up dead, I can't help but feel jaded/cynical from time to time. Fortunately there is still a lot of good people and good things out in the world :)

There are but ignorance can no longer be tolerated. I think there needs to be more in the way of education and penalty for people who continue to behave like idiots.

No it is not OK for any man or woman to hug kiss a person with out permission. In any work environment or organization like yours. There should be training on sexual-harassment appropriate touch etc. and also

Unless the person doesn't care if he hugs or kisses them, then it doesn't matter. But if that person feels uncomfortable whenever that happens, then they should tell him!

TRUE! However in videos that I've seen. has asked permission and the fans said yes. These fans were not in distress etc. they welcomed it they wanted him to hug them. Vic can be very aggressive when hugging his fans but he means no harm.

I meet and greet all the time. And I always ask. Or I hold my arms open and see if they close the distance. I communicate. If they seem u comfortable, I offer them a prop to hold and I pose beside them without touching. I love casual affection but it MUST be consensual. Always.

The amount of people who assume a man will like being flirted with especially physically just because the woman is attractive is appalling. But theres a culture where you're "less of a man" if you don't like it and it sucks
