共謀罪は、憲法19条、民主主義の大前提たる市民の思想・良心の自由を侵します。また、21条、集会・結社その他の自由な表現、通信の秘密も侵します。そこにはプライバシー権もありませんから、13条も侵します。ゆえに98条により、共謀罪規定は憲法の精神に反する無効な法律です。国民投票へも誤誘導されませんように。

        官僚が、マイナンバーの利権があるからやめられないという趣旨の話をしていたとどこかの週刊誌の記事でみましたが、預金口座のマイナンバー紐付け強要も国民を馬鹿にしすぎですね。憲法13条（違憲）なのだから義務化できないわけなのですね。違憲なのだからマイナンバー拒否・抵抗は続けるべきですね
