This mosque was designated as a "Major Historical and Cultural Site Protected at the National Level". The demolishing requires approval from State Council.

This mosque has also been destroyed. Left is imagery from 29 Nov, right is imagery from 21 Dec. Higher resolution satellite imagery shows without doubt that the mosque has been destroyed, but I don't have publishing rights for those images. cc
