We have noticed some concern from creators and our terms of service. All creators sign the same contract, which can be viewed at https://inkedfur.com/legal/creatorterms … by anyone. Every time an artist gets a sale, the website automatically emails the creator with what sold and for how much.
If you leave InkedFur, you can either buy back all product created before you left (at half off) or you can forfeit your items. There has never been an option to leave and have us trash your product. Please contact us at staff@inkedfur.com for any questions.
Notice to artists: This contract was not written by a lawyer. There are far too many broad terms and generalizations. Also, since it’s a basic ToS that can be edited at any time, IT DOES NOT REPLACE A STANDARD, IMMUTABLE CONTRACT. I would strongly advise against working with IF.
