Their reply to you on Twitter alone is enough of a reason not to do business with them. Incredibly unprofessional. Clearly the site and staff on there can't be trusted. I know it's not much but they've lost my custom, and anyone else's I can can convince.
Some have mentioned that even if you buy back all your stock they still print more and continue trying to sell on conventions. That's one company nobody should support for ALL the reasons.
Regardless of if its furry stuff or not, thats still gonna be illegal. You should get other artists you know of together and file a class action against them or such, im sure you could probly get a lawyer or two to do it pro bono for a share of profits gained
That's good to know, thanks! I was mostly curious in general since I like browsing for things to buy. Just other furry oriented marketplaces in general.
Beware furry dramas. Some artists lie an incite their base to get angry at something that was the artist's fault. Just because some popufur said it, doesn't make it true. Few details other than "rrrRRREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!" and just a mob of circle jerking using anger in comments. This behavior is why USA sucks right now.
Fact: I -have- been paid by Inkedfur regularly for years and feel this is a personal vendetta by the artist.
if you read the twitter post you will see I only made a direct comment ONCE and the rest rolled up by people that got betrayed for various things. I quiet 8 months ago and all I asked was them to STOP SELLING my art STILL.
if thats a vendetta for you holy shit seriously? :/
I feel personal business dealings when regarding transactions with real money attached should be kept between the ones that made the deal and law enforcement to be the final decider. Throwing it around on social media to grab an angry mob using your own fanbase for fuel is demagogic. People like me that use the service and are happy with it are the ones that get hurt the most, but are hardly ever considered in these social media crusades.
Regardless, I still hope you're able to finally reach a resolution that's satisfactory. I disagree with you, but feel you have the right to feel exactly as you do because I am not you nor have I lived your life. Your business is still your business and you have to protect it all you can as an artist. I do feel I owe you an apology as I didn't actually check your twitter feed first before launching an assault.
again, me reaching out after I thought the topic was close (in private) 8 months ago is not an assault for me. mind you, directed at there own account without me making a public call-out.
the person that runs the twitter account of inkedfur blows this up and essentialy started the shit storm by doing so and THAT what got them all the problems especially with people having much bigger problems with them than I do.
all I did was telling my own fans to not buy the items displayed anymore since I stopped working with them long ago and do not wish for them to still ,what seems to be going on, reprint my stuff and sell it claming its left-over stock :/
Don't let Sunitai get you upset, Inuki. By insulting you, and everyone else on this journal, he's swallowed his own foot, and ironically, made things worse for Inkedfur.
Im not that person clearly didnt read the twitter and completly missed the point D;
I didnt do anything, whoever does the PR on the twitter from inkedfur messed up so much that I didnt even ahd to make anythinga dditional besides telling people not to buy my stuff when they see it on cons.
which I think Im in right after giving them 8 months :/
