Examples of posts which we believe got Patricia arrested, and, as we can infer from the article, Seumas Milne, Laura Murray & Andrew Murray appeared to believe weren't antisemitic are below ¾pic.twitter.com/jiSg6hjG5Z

@UKLabour has sunk so low that the most senior members of@jeremycorbyn’s team are covering up horrific#LabourAntisemitism with excuses about being anti Israel. We hope@EHRC fully investigate this (PS why is Milne using a private email?) 4/4https://twitter.com/Husker_Ju/status/1112237339131236352 …Show this thread End of conversation

I think there's one detail of this article that's being overlooked (because it was cropped off the screenshot)—Murray's email started with "LOTO recommendations are that…" It would *appear* she didn't take the decision—she was just relaying what Corbyn himself recommended.
-
Not sure, but his office were certainly involved and it’s not beyond the realms of belief that he would let her off. What we’d like to know is what type “investigation” took place, do they say they are investigating and do nothing....

When ever you guys tweet something my reaction tends to be ffs not again. I have a fantastic MP (Anna Turley) so I'll happily vote for her, however I can't support Corbyn.
-
If Corbyn is still leader then your vote for your Labour candidate is a vote for Corbyn to be PM. I’ll not be voting for a Labour candidate (no matter how good) while Corbyn is in charge.
-
I'm really struggling with this too, Morag... My MP
@rushanaraali has been great on#StopBrexit, but I agree a vote for@UKLabour is a vote for Corbyn and his tribe. - 1 more reply

Does that make the
#LabourParty institutionally culpable accessories by a) covering up an illegal act, b) not passing on information on criminal activity when obliged to c) sweeping#racism under the carpet?@metpoliceukThanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

Since when has Holocaust denial & conspiracy theories become a crime?
-
Holocaust denial is a specific crime in a number of countries. Conspiracy theories may also be unlawful, depending on their content.
-
But what you fail to mention is that Holocaust denial and conspiracy theories are not illegal in the UK. More importantly, the UK operates on a little thing called innocent until proven guilty by a trial of your peers. Trial by Twitter doesn't count.
-
You're correct Holocaust denial isn't a UK crime; propagating conspiracy theories may constitute a hate crime, depending on the content. Trial by Twitter, as you say, is no trial, but if I choose to promote abuse online, in my own name, am I not choosing to damn myself?
-
"knowingly let off a woman who’s been arrested for HOLOCAUST DENIAL & conspiracy theories," when people like Gnasher post factually wrong puff pieces It tends to do more harm than good. As for your second part, I believe that is for a court of law to decide.
