Most interesting until now is Şırnak which was considered by the PKK as 'liberated areas' for a long time & voted always in favor of the HDP. Years ago, the US promised Liwa Muattasim to reach a deal in which the YPG would handover Tel Rifaat to them as both are Pentagon-funded factions. Liwa Muattasim not only enjoyed US airsupport against ISIS, but also direct weapons shipments via air and land by the US.
