I need to rescind my praise of Diives. Not only has he done clearly-cub animations, as are displayed in his Patreon, but he was once again banned from FurAffinity for the same. So remember: As long as you are not Orochi or Zaush you can't break any of the anti-cub rules.

Essentially, when you come back from a "permaban" they give you a one month grace period to delete anything that should be against the rules, or if anyone would report anything afterwards. He is well out of that grace period now, and still has some stuff up.
