If you can get a lawyer then you should totally sue them.

Sadly it's not illegal as it was in the contract. But it is still immoral and wrong.
-
gonna be completly honest with you here but I had that discussion with inkedfur last year and I personally think I havent signed anything :/ I digging through my emails atm. I was told I automaticlly had to sign something for the new website but I dont remember doing that.
-
Interesting well if you didn't sign then you may have a case against them. You did not consent so it would be illegal. I hope you get proof
-
trying my best to dig out all the emails but its long since I had been working with inkedfur since they started out.
-
Sorry to butt in but if inkedfur themselves have no record of you signing then you likely didn't sign anything. Demand they give you proof of you signing their contract.

Sure. While I'm at it ill also make sure to spread around for people not to commission you as well seeing as though you're pretty well known with not following through in commitment in....well, everything.
-

Who does he think he is? How about an employer? Employers don't just magically receive money to give out.
-
This isn't an employee/employer situation, this would fall under contracted distribution which is an entirely different thing. The fact that no one can provide proof this contract exists (outside of a website TOS that isn't legally binding), what he's doing is likely illegal.
-
Why would he need to make the contract public? I'm sure he or other artists that work for him could provide one.
-
this looks like an ongoing discussion, would it be ok to untag me in it? I get so many messages on this post still

That sure sounds like a shitty exploitative "contract", not to mention the tone of their reply is highly unprofessional. Good to know, I thought they were a serious company.
