Country must slow down it's growth to lower the dependence of it to external finance while having an unemployment rate more than 12%. Aside from a huge energy import trade deficit, current labour quality is far from generating higher trade surplus on their side..

I am not your pal. I work at a top notch engineering company in Turkey and agree with you on white collar labor quality but I meant general labor quality of total 28 millions of total population of +80mil. You better communicate with people you are not familiar with respect.
