    Remember, reported in Oct. that US had handed ISIS fighters over to Iraq, some then reported being tortured. Last week the Iraqi gov’t confirmed it had received 280 more from Syrian SDF, said the transfers will “continue until they are completed.” This isn’t over.

    Iraqi authorities are holding 1,500+ children suspected of being linked to ISIS and using torture to extract confessions that lead to wrongful convictions, according to :
