Actually, that's not the reality of bottom surgery. Your description of srs care is inaccurate and dishonest. Yes, there are massive problems with the "trans" movement, but misinformation is not going to solve anything.
I used to use terf for those I really should have called a bigot. I reserved it for those with really extreme views that weren't even logical. I've since dropped the term terf other than to discuss the term itself or make fun of those who call women terf for the tiniest of infraction

As for actual transsexuals... I do sometimes use misgendering as a tough love tool, as one of my friends did for me. Example... I had gotten overwhelmed fighting to get my surgery and got stuck in a self pity party - woe is me. My friend said "Are you going to call them up and demand that paperwork, or am I going to start calling you [deadname]?! Harass them if you must. If you need it that bad, make it happen!". Best thing that could have been said to me in that moment.
