        暴言は反省すべきとの考えは当初から変わっておりませんので、その上でお答えしますと、 ５〜７年の誤差はありますが「条件面での交渉」というのが引っかかります。公共用地取得で金額や取得範囲等の増減はないのが原則ですから、収用手続に則していなかった点を問題視されていたのかも知れません。

        「全文」記事に下記のやり取りがあります。 手続きに則していないのは、市長の方じゃないでしょうか。「任意」とは土地所有者の任意売却を指しますよね。任意売却が困難な場合の次の段階として土地収用法に則して収用委員会の公正な判断を仰ぐ「収用」となるのですよね。 https://dot.asahi.com/dot/2019013000060.html?page=3 …pic.twitter.com/exXofQquvE

        民間とは異なり、公共用地の取得は強制収用手続の前段階として任意取得が位置付けられています。特に道路などは、将来的に収用手続に入ることを前提とした任意手続をとらないといけません。当事者が実際どうであったかは内部資料等を元に調査しないと分からないので、推測は控えさせていただきます。

        神戸新聞が全容を詳報しなかったら明石市長はただの極悪もんで終わってましたね🤔 あの市長は言葉の悪い家庭で育った人であろうという小藪さんの解説で納得。ワーワー文句言って人生終わらしたろうとしてる人はどんな上品な家庭で育ったんか知りたいレベル😂 選挙で再選されたらただの汚言で着地😆

        職員に対しパワハラと思われても仕方ない暴言をはいた問題、 用地買収が計画通り進まずその間にも死亡事故が起きたにも関わらず地権者に金額提示すらしていなかった問題、 録音していたのが叱責された職員の否定により第三者の盗聴の可能性がでてきた問題、 それぞれ分けたほうがいいかと思うで。
