We'd like to clear up confusion regarding the Knotty Boys project organized by @KEIHIKO_GALAXY. All artists when they put in an application agreed to 30% royalties per book split among all artists after artist copies of the book were covered. Due to 41 artists being accepted
the 30% is split to about 0.73% per artist (industry standard is 20% and our usual rate is 25%). As with most art book projects, this was a way to share art with other art lovers. RabbitValley only bought about 15 copies and the artists were paid already for that. (Was 6 mos ago)
We are still selling it too https://inkedfur.com/artbook/knotty-boys … We are working with a developer to implement digital sales as we do not have that yet. We shut down the old site that supported it. Once digital sales get started (no ETA yet) artist shares will go up to 90% (so 2.2% per artist)
AGAIN i am requesting sales figures. We have been given no information and one payment of 7.30 is not acceptable~
