    I sense a big difference in reactions to as compared with 2011 Oslo attack. Much more victim-blaming and «understanding» now. It’s coming from a minority, but the minority is much larger than in 2011

    I may be offending colleagues here, but I find the flood of tweets moralising about what not to do on Twitter after a terrorist attack a bit tiresome. Most people have common sense and tweet in good faith. Relax
