    There are different versions of the manifesto by the way. Some with more shitposting than others. I just saw another one which I believe is the proper one. That one I would say is very serious, but again, with a lot of chan humour and nods at /pol/ kids throughout. Just saying.

    That's not to say none of it is genuine though. He writes about white European birthrates constantly and wants some kind of white's only utopia. That I think is all serious, but I think the stupid stuff is a nod to /pol/ retards to be honest. Reporters should wise up on that imo.

    For example, as pointed out by , he says he was radicalised to become an eco-fascist due to the Spyro the Dragon video game. The manifesto seems to be a very twisted chan humour. I dare say he wrote it like this hoping the media takes it all seriously.

    Having skimmed more of the manifesto, it's clear that it's almost all nonsense. Don't take anything he says in it too literally. He's definitely a fascist and carried out this attack because of that, but the manifesto seems to be a red herring.

    Police say they've got one person in custody but are unsure if there's another shooter. They say the terrorist attacked two mosques. The whole area is on lock down still.

    Many are believed to be dead. There are some reports on NZ radio that dozens might have been killed. The footage of the attack is absolutely appalling. He streamed from his GoPro as he shot at people praying, shooting them several times on the ground after they were dead.

    The attacker also posted up images of his gear before the shooting. The weapon and magazines are scrawled with various neo-Nazi dog whistle events and the Black Sun patch is a well known symbol used by white supremacists.

    In his manifesto the shooter, who named himself as Brenton Tarrant, claims to have somehow had contact with neo-Nazi mass shooter Anders Breivik before the attack. Not sure if he was serious or not.

    Every knife sold in the UK should have a gps tracker fitted in the handle. It’s time we had a national database like we do with guns. If you’re carrying it around you had better have a bloody good explanation, obvious exemptions for fishing etc.
